Delivery
Shipping & delivery
The short version: nothing is made until you order it, so there are two waits – one for it to be made, and one for the post. Delivery is a flat £5 anywhere in the UK.
How long it takes
Every piece is cut, made up and checked by hand after you order, so please allow 3–5 working days before your order is dispatched. Delivery then usually takes another 3–5 working days.
So from placing an order to it landing on your mat is typically under a week and a half. We’ll email you when it’s posted.
Some pieces take longer, and where that’s true it says so on the product page.
What it costs
- UK delivery: £5, on every order, wherever you are in the UK
- No minimum spend, and no surcharge for a heavier parcel
Where we post to
The United Kingdom only, at the moment. We’d rather say so plainly than take an order we can’t post affordably. If you’re overseas and there’s something you really want, email us and we’ll find out what postage would actually cost before you commit to anything.
If you need it by a particular date
Tell us when you order – put it in the note at checkout or email us straight afterwards – and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s possible. We’d rather turn down a birthday order than miss it.
If something goes missing
Post does occasionally go astray. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of us dispatching it, let us know and we’ll chase it. If it’s genuinely lost we’ll remake it or refund you – your choice, and we won’t make you argue for it.
Wrong address
The address you enter at checkout is the address we post to. If you spot a mistake, tell us quickly – before dispatch we can change it for free. After dispatch, we’re afraid a repost has to be paid for.
Packaging
Orders arrive in a recyclable paper mailer with tissue and a card, and no plastic. It fits through most letterboxes, so you shouldn’t need to be in.
